As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time the customer consults the site depends on the-docker-hat.com’s stock levels and, of course, those of our suppliers.
To create our shop window and sales catalog, we work with databases, enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains over a hundred items, not all of which are stocked in our reserves, and our offer is therefore subject to availability from suppliers.
Only if an item is permanently out of stock with our suppliers will it be removed from our sales offer. In all other cases, a new order may be placed within a certain period of time.
When a product ordered is unavailable, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice for the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.
Order delivery time: when the order is placed and on the order acknowledgement, a delivery time is communicated to customers. The delivery time is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the mode of transport chosen by the customer.
Between the time the order is placed and the time it is dispatched, the customer has the option of cancelling the order.
